About us:

We strengthen the competitiveness of SMEs through AI solutions - our current target industry is mechanical engineering. With >300 successful machine learning projects since 2012, we are ideally suited to help customers identify relevant ML use cases and implement them. This is made possible by our combination of business experts and our highly qualified data science team.

Your tasks

We will help you to support customers as quickly as possible from the initial approach to the license phase. Initially, your focus will mainly be on sales. In the area of Customer Solutions, we are all jointly responsible for these things:

• Identification of targets for prioritized use cases
• Cold approach: mail, telephone, LinkedIn, etc.
• Conduct initial interviews
• Generate solution design with our data scientists
• Negotiate offers
• Project management for solution set-ups
• Customer support in the license phase & contract extensions

Your profile

• You enjoy canvassing, ideally with some practical experience
• You communicate openly, reliably and with a good feeling for your counterpart
• You confidently pursue opportunities
• You have a basic understanding of processes and data structures in the SME sector
• You have a good understanding of statistics
• You speak flawless German and good English
